1. I think I smell propane. What should I do?
Please
call (800) 552-6514 any time you think that you smell propane. A customer service
representative is always available to take your call and advise you of safety
procedures. A qualified service technician will be dispatched to investigate and
assure your safety.
2. What is your service area?
Our
service area covers western Virginia and the southern portion of West Virginia.

3. What are my payment options?
We
offer a number of bill payment options. You may mail your payment to our payment
processing center in the return envelope enclosed with your statement. You may
also pay your bill at any of our office locations during office hours. In addition,
we offer automatic draft from your checking or savings account. We accept MasterCard
and Visa for credit card payments. Contact our call center for more information
on these options.

4. What size tanks are available?
There
are several size propane tanks to choose from for meeting your propane needs.
They range anywhere from a 100-gallon to a 1000-gallon tank. We also carry 500
gallon and 1000 gallon underground tanks. Our experience sales staff can determine
what size tank best meets yours needs. The chart below gives the various sizes
capacities of tanks that Highland installs. Typical
usage requirements are as follows - 120
gallon tank 150-300 gallons/year
- 2-120
gallon tanks 200-400 gallons/year

325 gallon tank 250-500 gallons/year

500 gallon tank 350-700 gallons/year

1000 gallon tank 850-1200 gallons/year
These are estimates and tank sizes may change due to space and code requirements.
5. What type of delivery plans do you offer?
Automatic
Delivery If you select this delivery option, Highland Propane will automatically
schedule deliveries to your tank based on projected usage and/or past history.
Highland is responsible for making sure that there is adequate propane supply
in the customers tank at all times. Will
Call Option This option is for those customers who want to manage their
own propane supplies. It makes it the customers responsibility to monitor
the tank and call in when they need a delivery. Will Call customers will receive
a delivery on a best efforts basis and normally within 5 business days from the
date of their call. |
